It’s important to make healthy choices in your diet, especially when living with a condition such as psoriasis. Research into psoriasis and diet is lacking, but you may find that avoiding certain foods can help you. You can find out more dietary advice for living with psoriasis below and remember, if you are considering changing your diet to tackle psoriasis, make sure to discuss it with your doctor first.
