It’s important to make healthy choices in your diet, especially when living with a condition such as psoriasis. Research into psoriasis and diet is lacking, but you may find that avoiding certain foods can help you. For example, some with psoriasis follow an ‘anti-inflammatory diet’, which recommends avoiding foods that are linked to inflammation (the root of psoriasis).
